QUALITY ASSURANCE MANAGER – LANKA WALLTILES PLC (2023.04 TO PRESENT)

Develop and implement quality Assurance / Quality Management strategies, policies, and procedures in alignment with organizational goals and ISO 9001/ISO 14001 and ISO45001 standards.
Maintain and carry out activities related to SLS product standard, CE Mark product certification, Green Label product certification for the products.
Manage and lead a team of quality professionals, providing guidance, support, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Oversee the entire quality assurance process, including incoming materials inspection, in-process quality control, and final product quality checks.
Oversee the Research & Development and New Product Development activities related to new materials testing, process improvements, cost reductions, defects eliminations while keeping close contacts with local and foreign raw materials suppliers and technical experts.
